You're welcome to comment here but this is NOT an official way to feedback comments to IWC or the SPC and in any case no Planning Application has been submitted yet. Mr James Steynor, MD of The Solar Building Company Ltd told me yesterday that he hoped to get an application into IWC in about a month. Meanwhile, they are finalising their application papers.
